We are looking for a hardworking and committed Care Co-ordinator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who will relish the opportunity to assist with building an efficient team and business. You will be confident, competent, capable and prepared to undertake this leadership role to ensure our high standards of quality care are delivered consistently.
You must be flexible and willing to work outside of office hours to meet the needs of growing demands. A level 2 in adult health & social care is a must.
