You will be responsible for:
* Installing and servicing packaging machinery at customer sites
* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and software faults with machinery
* Providing technical support and training to operational staff
* Performing preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
* Collaborating with the servicing and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues
Key attributes required:
* Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or a similar role within packaging, printing or industrial machinery
* Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills
* Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems is highly desirable
* Ability to work independently, travel extensively and manage customer relationships professionally
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
