Key Responsibilities
* Lead your team – motivate them to deliver a great customer experience, ultimately achieving great results.
* Drive sales – oversee budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, manage stock and improve profits.
* Make your store unique – create a personality that makes it a great place for both team and customers.
* Support the area – as part of a wider team of Branch Managers you’ll support your area’s KPIs and champion a specific area.
Required Skills & Experience
* Experienced manager ready to take retail knowledge to the next level.
* Ready to prove yourself with the aim of managing your very own store.
* Passionate about retail with proven business‑management skills.
* Always putting the customer first; knows how to build a thriving business.
* A people person who leads by example and brings out the best in the team.
* Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest, and hard‑working.
