About You
Are you someone who truly enjoys making a difference in others’ lives? Do you have a calm, caring, and resilient nature that helps you thrive in challenging situations? If so, we want to hear from you!
We're looking for individuals to join our colleague team who can stay calm under pressure, who are enthusiastic and take a proactive approach, and handle behaviours that others might find challenging. If you have a manual UK driving license and are comfortable driving alternative vehicles, you're exactly who we're looking for.
What will you be doing?
As a Positive Behaviour Casual Support Worker, You'll Be More Than Just Their Support – You'll Be a Key Part Of Someone's Journey Towards Living Their Best Life. Here's What You'll Be Doing
* Daily Care & Support: Helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and other daily tasks.

* Empowering Independence: Assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration.
* Social Engagement: Supporting activities like holiday’s, social events, and hobbies, ensuring everyone could enjoy what they love doing.
* Respect & Dignity: Ensuring that the individuals and their families are treated with the utmost respect, dignity, and equality.
Who you will be Supporting?
Experience supporting a person like me, an autistic man with some complex health needs, would be a strong advantage. I am looking for calm, assertive people with a great sense of humour to join my team who are not easily offended. You need to support me to lead the life I want and to encourage me to be gradually more and more skilled and confident.
Whilst I need a quiet and happy environment in my home, I like to do activities. I really enjoy walking, listening to music, eating out and people watching so I’d love it if you liked these things too.
I’d love for people to join my team who have the same interests. Being physically fit, 100% reliable and able to provide me with personal care support. I have autism and sometimes my behaviour can be challenging but that shouldn’t stop me doing the things I love and leading an active life.
