Duties of the Head of Sales:
* Lead and motivate sales teams across four regional sites
* Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to maximise growth
* Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction

* Implement processes to improve operational efficiency and sales results
* Support and mentor team members to achieve their individual and collective targets
