PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
o With new and exciting client mandates, particularly in the net zero space, our Tier 1 ranked team is looking for a 3 PQE + lawyer to join our expanding team in Manchester.
o You will act for a number of FTSE 100 and local clients, supporting major UK infrastructure projects and helping clients meet their decarbonisation goals.
o We provide first-class technical insight and training, seeking an enthusiastic team member who wants to build a long-term career and become a well-rounded lawyer providing quality, commercial advice.
THE TEAM
o The Real Estate group is one of Addleshaw Goddard's largest, with nearly 200 members. Our Manchester office's team includes 7 partners and circa 29 fee earners.
o The team emphasizes transactional expertise and a commercial, business-oriented approach to property matters.
o We advise major clients on exciting schemes, such as Peel's acquisition and redevelopment of Fiddler's Ferry power station, Bruntwood's SciTech campuses, and National Grid's transition to Net Zero by 2050.
