Personal specification: • Proven experience within an administrative support, office management, or EA role, ideally within the property industry• Sales progression experience, liaising with solicitors, developers, and mortgage providers would be beneficial• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), strong telephone etiquette, and professional presentation• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook), CRM systems, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and cloud-based storage (Dropbox preferred)• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion• A self-starter with a can-do attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment• Creative, solutions-driven, and adaptable, able to work independently while supporting a team• High emotional intelligence (EQ) - strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships• Confident, polished, and professional, comfortable dealing with high-profile clients and executives• Own transport and a clean driving licence required due to the office location. The salary package will include a basic of £30,000, plus a discretionary bonus enabling you to earn in the region of £35,000 (upcapped). Benefits include 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking, causal dress code. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
