Black Fox Solutions are pleased to be recruiting for a Staff Nurse in the Saintfield area. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse with the drive to provide outstanding care within a busy residential home. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, confidence in supporting elderly residents (including those with dementia and palliative needs), and the ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team. Professional, adaptable, and committed, you will help create a safe, positive, and respectful environment for both residents and staff.

Main Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in line with individual needs and care plans.
* Support residents in daily life, ensuring meaningful engagement and inclusion.
* Administer medication safely and in accordance with policies.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation at all times.
* Collaborate with colleagues, residents, and families to build positive relationships.
Requirements
* Registered Nurse qualification (RGN / RMN / RNLD)
* Active NMC Pin
* Minimum 6 months’ nursing experience
