Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

We are working with a highly regarded coastal law firm who are looking to recruit two Residential Conveyancing Lawyers to join their growing team. This role can be based in eitherEastbourne or Polegate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive practice with a genuinely welcoming culture and very low staff turnover. The firm is Lexcel and Conveyancing Quality Scheme accredited, with an excellent reputation for both client care and employee satisfaction.

The role:
You will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

* Sales and purchases

* Re-mortgages

* Transfers of equity

What were looking for:

* Current experience managing residential conveyancing transactions

* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel)

* Case management system experience (desirable but not essential - training will be provided)

* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail

* Clear and confident communication skills, with a personable approach both in person and over the phone

* A commitment to delivering outstanding client care
