A varied role where each day is different. Working in a busy agency across our reward, incentive & recognition programmes for a range of external clients. The main areas of responsibilities being:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle Programme Queries from participants / client by phone, internet & email:
* Comfortable with outbound & inbound calls.
* Manage assigned programme inboxes.
* Ensure appropriate & timely responses to client, participants & suppliers.
* Manage complaints, escalating to the appropriate team member as necessary.
Account Management:
* Work closely with the Account Managers to contribute ideas, create & support the management of communications plans.
* Attend appropriate face-to-face meetings as and when required.
* Budget management, managing supplier costs & protecting A&Is GP by project/task.
* Working to project plans & briefing documents.
Data Management & Reporting:
* Verifying data & test to ensure data received meets the programme requirements.
* Maintaining accurate customer records on programme websites & databases.
* Analysing customer targets & data to manage queries.
* Producing reports, lists & other documentation for A&I programmes.
* Create, check & upload programme data.
Supplier Management:
* Working to agreed budgets & processes to complete orders & reconcile accurately.
* Following agreed formats & order management processes to maintain accurate orders.
Website Content Management:
* Updating accounts on site in response to our queries.
* Support on email system. Resending emails.

* Strong communications skills to establish productive relationships with people at all levels
* Accuracy of work is essential in all aspects of the role.
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word & Outlook
* Microsoft Excel – ability to manage data, analyse & prepare quickly & accurately
* Self-starter with a flexible, open minded approach to work
* Professional approach, maintaining confidentiality when required
* Can do attitude: Ability to work under pressure & prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent time management & organisational skills
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated & outgoing team player. Positive & adaptable.
* Personal commitment to learning & self-development - willingness to learn new tasks & skills
* Desirable: Strong knowledge of Excel; Pivot Tables, IF Statements, Vlookups, Mail merge, deduping & conditional formatting.
* Desirable: 1 years' experience of email / website content production /using a content management system
HOURS & ENVIRONMENT
* Normal hours will be from 09:00 to 17:30 5 days a week, including a 1-hour lunch break
* The place of work will be the company's offices in Mountsorrel. Some travel within the UK
