At TD SYNNEX we’re looking for a Certified Engineer with specialist technology expertise to help shape and support cutting‑edge solutions. You’ll work closely with our partner base and sales teams to define projects, drive technical engagement and deliver outstanding service across the board. Key Responsibilities
* Support the design of vendor solutions that meet customer requirements.
* Deliver outstanding service and meet predefined SLAs.
* Use internal and vendor tools to generate accurate bills of materials.
* Respond quickly to queries and customer care issues.
* Communicate product and technology information to internal and external audiences.
* Handle product and solution enquiries from sales teams and resellers.
* Collaborate with sales teams to profile repeatable solutions for inventory planning.
* Apply vendor promotions effectively.
* Work toward required technical knowledge and vendor accreditations.
* Support the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to boost partner engagement.
* Deliver basic post‑sales implementation services.
What You’ll Bring
* Ideally certifications across single or multiple vendors.
* Professional and polished presentation skills.
* Strong commercial awareness.
* Excellent oral and written communication.
* Attention to detail, priority management and planning skills.
* Solid business acumen and confidence in leading professional engagements.
* IT industry knowledge – Channel, Vendors, Competition, and End‑User (desirable but not essential).
