About the Role
First Response Group currently have vacancies for Spectator Safety Staff (SIA) to join our event teams. We supply Spectator safety staff to various types of events, ranging from Sporting events/concerts in stadia/arenas, green field events, to corporate events, in various locations across the local area listed.
Job Opportunity
· Maintain order by managing crowds and ensuring compliance with event/ground regulations.
· Act swiftly and professionally to resolve incidents or emergencies.
· Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security/stewarding presence.
· Communicate effectively with event staff and your team to ensure seamless operations.

Essential Skills
· SIA security officers - Applicants must have a valid SIA license.
· NVQ 2 Spectator Safety qualification (minimum)
· All candidates to be smart in appearance.
· Able to communicate effectively.
· Have good customer service
· Able to work as part of a team.
· Committed to the role.
· Reliable
· Open to personal development.
· Confident in the completion of incident and accident reports
