Kitchen Team Leader – Poole Central (Holes Bay) Premier Inn
Join our team at Premier Inn Poole as a Kitchen Team Leader and advance your Chef career. You will manage daily kitchen operations, including rotas, food orders, team leadership during busy services, and maintaining audit readiness. Working closely with your Hotel Manager, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, ensuring food quality and hygiene standards are met. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for those aspiring to become a Head Chef.
PAY RATE:
Up to £13.81 per hour
HOURS:
30 hours per week – weekends included, with guaranteed hours to help plan your week ahead

What you’ll do:
* Own food ordering, stock control, and managing food costs for the hotel.
* Lead during service, organizing the team and managing workflow to ensure smooth operations.
* Prepare, cook, and serve menu items to specification, from breakfast to pub classics.
* Ensure the kitchen meets health, safety, and hygiene standards, keeping the team trained and records up to date.
* Step up when needed by running shifts and helping new team members settle in.
* Learn kitchen management skills to progress into more senior roles within Whitbread.
