Grade 2 - £24,413 for 16 hours per week for 45.8 weeks per annum equating to £9,273.29 pro rata.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children? Coastlands CP School Club is offering an exciting opportunity to join the Flying Start Childcare Trainee Scheme, designed to help you build a rewarding career in early years education.

We are offering a part time Trainee Playgroup Assistant role for 16 hours per week over 18 months. Within this role you will be expected to complete the CCPLD accredited qualification. This opportunity will provide you with hands on experiences working with other dedicated members of our childcare team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and caring individual who is ready to take their first steps into the childcare profession. Idea candidates will have a genuine interest in

working with children aged 0–3 years. We are looking for candidates who are patient, nurturing, and able to engage positively with young children. You must be able to work well as part of a small team and follow guidance from experienced staff.

You must not be in full-time education or training at the time of applying

Previous experience in childcare is not required—just a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
