Corporate Real Estate Surveyor

About the role
This role is internally known as Corporate Real Estate Surveyor. We have an exciting opportunity to join NFU Mutual's Corporate Real Estate Surveying team, managing our occupied/leasehold portfolio across the UK, including Northern Ireland. Our portfolio includes various asset classes such as offices and retail spaces.
As the Corporate Real Estate Surveyor, you'll implement NFU Mutual's property portfolio strategy, managing the lifecycle of properties from lease acquisition and fit-out to disposal or relocation. You'll ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and work closely with internal stakeholders to review space needs and acquire suitable properties, managing costs and external providers effectively.
This diverse role involves assisting with various general practice surveying tasks and participating in short-term and one-off projects. It offers a hybrid working model with 30% homeworking and travel across UK sites.
About you
RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualified, demonstrating expertise and credentials. You build strong relationships, consider stakeholder needs, and adapt to changing demands. You produce high-standard work, leveraging your market knowledge and commercial surveying experience to support business success.
Requirements include:
* Membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
* Proficiency in Excel and experience with property databases such as Qube.
* Good understanding of financial budget management.
* A clean driving license and ability to travel across UK sites.
