Job Description
As Assistant HR Business Partner you will assist in providing a professional and effective HR advice service, ensuring service delivery is consistent, proactive and reflects the Council's HR Strategy.
This is a nine‑month fixed‑term appointment, commencing from the start date.
Responsibilities
* Provide HR advice and support to staff and managers across the council.
* Ensure HR service delivery is consistent, proactive and aligned with the Council's HR Strategy.
Requirements
* Relevant skills, experience and knowledge as outlined in the application pack.
* Availability to work a flexible hybrid pattern, with required office attendance.
