Your new role
Our client is in need of an experienced Finance Administrator to support their wider finance team for an initial 4-week period due to a peak in workload.
You will take responsibility for:
* Managing the accounts administration inbox, supporting with supplier statement queries.
* Track and support the resolution of queries, working with the wider finance team.
* Support with the resolution of costing queries and unpicking costing discrepancies.
* Understand and maintain P&Ls to ensure losses are kept to a minimum.
* Ad hoc support to the wider transactional finance team.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll need to be / have:
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage workload and adapt to changing priorities.
* Excellent communicator and team player.
* Resilient and flexible in your approach to work.
Please note that this role is an office based position and you will need to be commute to the Swindon based office for the entirety of the contract.
You will be paid in arrears weekly.
