The Role: Youll work across a variety of civil engineering projects, supporting the Senior QS and Commercial Manager while managing your own portfolio of works under the NEC form of contract. Key Responsibilities: Support commercial management of projects from tender through to final account. Administer NEC contracts, including compensation events, variations, and change control. Prepare valuations, cost forecasts, and detailed financial reports. Manage subcontract procurement and payments. Work collaboratively with project managers and site teams to ensure financial success. About You: Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in civil engineering or infrastructure. Good working knowledge of NEC contracts. Exposure to bridges, water, or general civils projects Confident communicator with a proactive, team-focused approach. Ideally degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
