Preferred Skills:
* Minimum 6 months of experience working with children or young people (ideally in a school or SEN setting).
* Calm, empathetic, and resilient approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness for one).
* Eligibility to work in the UK and references from recent employers.
* Should be able to work long-term full-time, 5 days a week, between 8.30 AM to 3.30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of Special needs.
* Assist the teacher with different classroom activities.
* Support classroom routines, behaviour management, and personal care when necessary.
* Encourage student participation and build their confidence.
* Develop positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents.
