Role summary:
This role is responsible for managing a database of customers within a particular region in order to ensure sales targets and customer experience levels are achieved. This will include prospecting for new customers, increasing engagement levels and spend against targets set by the 121 National Manager.
A detailed understanding of all the markets in which we operate and the customers we serve will be expected in order to successfully undertake this role. With this understanding you must ensure the voice of the customer features prominently in the decisions that you make and the way in which you do business
Skills/Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed sales targets set.
* Have regular contact with customers via the telephone.
* Process customer quotes.
* Answer any customer queries.
* Assist with customer orders and deliveries.
* Increase the number of trading customers with MEU-UK.
* Increase customer spending frequency with MEU-UK.
* Sell the full MEU-UK product range and upsell on all projects.
* Create, develop, maintain and actively work through a target list of potential customers.
* Work on new, non-spending and/or infrequent spending accounts and increase their spend.
* To be responsible for the data within ConnectME relating to your customers.
* Ensure that individual KPIs, measurements and tasks are completed and a structured sales process is followed.
* To ensure that regular updating of customer profiles and interactions within ConnectME becomes part of how we do business.
Experience:
* Industry experience and knowledge would be an advantage but not essential, you will be expected to develop and maintain customer relationships and have the ability to represent the company in a multitude of situations.
* Commercial experience and a proven sales track record would also be an advantage but not essential.
* This role requires good communication, organisational and relationship building skills as well as being IT literate and having excellent telephone manner.
