Role
We are seeking an experienced M&E AV Designer to join the Egham team, working as part of the Design Team on technically challenging and diverse AV projects. You will ensure designs are complete, technically accurate, specification compliant and fit for purpose prior to delivery, and you will be supported by the senior design team. You will contribute to the full range of tasks required to complete M&E design packages on time and to proAV standards. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional designer to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service.
Key Responsibilities
* M&E Design of AV Systems using AutoCAD
* Understand the technology behind the equipment and interfacing
* Design of custom metalwork and involvement in bespoke engineering solutions
* Adhere to the quality of design team processes and standards
* Apply an agile approach to deliver and prioritise tasks within identified timeframes
Desirable Skills
* At least 3 years experience in the M&E design environment, preferably AV
* Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Teams
* Effective communicator
* Positive, enthusiastic and can-do approach to delivering the role
* People skills and strong soft skills
