Position Overview:
Our Facilities Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and efficiency of the organizations buildings and workspaces. This position is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing service providers, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Operations
* Serve as the first point of contact for all facilities-related queries, maintenance requests, and building issues.
* Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations, including cleaning, repairs, utilities, and building security.
* Monitor and maintain office and building supplies, furniture, and equipment.
Maintenance and Supplier Management
* Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance and inspections for building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
* Liaise with the internal maintenance function, contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
* Review and process purchase orders, invoices, and service agreements.
