Housekeeping Supervisor - Rashwood Care Home Location: Droitwich, Worcestershire Address: Rashwood Care Home, Wychbold, Droitwich, Worcestershire, WR9 0BP Hourly Rate: £ 13.55 per hour Cont ract: Full-time, Permanent Shifts: 35 hours, weekend availability required Elizabeth Finn is a leading care provider providing exceptional care throughout our eight prestigious care homes. Our Rashwood Home is a country house set in six acres of landscaped grounds two miles from Droitwich in Worcestershire. Providing nursing or personal care to the highest standards from a committed and experienced team. About the role We are seeking a compassionate Senior Housekeeper to ensure a high quality and efficient cleaning and laundry service is provided to residents.This will include management of Housekeeping Assistants and Domestic/Laundry Assistants and giving residents a prompt and courteous service at all times. What you'll do Deliver high-quality cleaning and laundry services, maintaining a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for residents. Engage regularly with residents to meet individual needs with minimal disruption. Ensure all laundry is processed to a high standard, including washing, drying, and ironing of clothing and linens. Supervise and support the housekeeping team, including rota planning, training, recruitment, and performance management. Manage stock, supplies, and equipment effectively, ensuring safe use, proper storage, and cost efficiency. Monitor and audit housekeeping standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulations, and reporting incidents, concerns, or improvements. Qualifications & Skills NVQ level 2 & 3 in Housekeeping (or equivalent) is essential. Previous expereince in provision of Housekeeping Services. Stock control experience.
