Electrical Design Engineer – Building Services
Location: Plymouth
Salary : £45,000 - £55,000
We are looking for a passionate Electrical Design Engineer to join our client’s Plymouth-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of sustainable design and decarbonisation, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams on innovative projects across the built environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend client meetings and site visits
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, undertaking multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met
* Produce detailed and technical design advice to clients
Conduct calculations, produce reports and specifications with excellent written and communication skills.
* Produce detailed electrical designs using latest industry software
What we’re looking for
* Ability to confidently use industry software / tools such as Dialux, Revit, Relux etc.
* Experience working as an Electrical Engineer, with proven ability to deliver on a range of projects
* Evident experience working with clients / contractors / architects in a design / consultant role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
