* Own and deliver online sales and profit targets, shaping annual budgets and forecasts
* Drive site optimisation, navigation, merchandising and content for conversion and AOV uplift
* Champion customer experience through data‑led UX enhancements and joined‑up brand storytelling
* Collaborate across Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, IT and Supply Chain to ensure alignment
* Lead and develop a 7‑person trading and website optimisation team, fostering high performance
Proven track record leading ecommerce trading in a multi‑million retail brand (profit lens, not just revenue)
* Ideally worked for an Accessories/Jewellery brand
* Highly analytical and curious – hypotheses, pull/query data and turn insights into action
* Strong stakeholder management skills – work collaboratively with Buying & Merch, Product/UX, SEO, CRM etc.
* Strong team leadership skills – coach & upskill the team
* Customer‑centric – can map out longer consideration customer journeys
* Experience working with multi‑brand would be a benefit
