We’re looking for a Sales Order Processor to become an integral part of our team. This is a varied role where you’ll be involved in everything from processing orders to supporting the sales cycle and helping with marketing projects. You’ll need to be articulate, numerate, confident using Microsoft Office, and have an outgoing personality that makes working with others – whether on the phone or face-to-face – second nature.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Processing and administrating field sales orders for wholesalers
2. Maintaining and updating our CRM and iPad systems
3. Managing and ordering boot stock for the sales team
4. Keeping our website up to date, monitoring orders, and liaising with vendors
5. Coordinating bi-monthly sales meetings with clients and the sales team
6. Setting up new brands/products on CRM
7. Updating the iPad for the sales team
8. Creating newsletters to support the sales cycle
9. Answering customer calls with warmth and professionalism
10. Assisting with ad-hoc marketing tasks – from creating company literature to supporting trade shows
