* Front‑of‑House & Patient Experience: Greeting patients, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and managing the waiting area to ensure a comfortable environment.
* Appointment Management: Scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments using dental software Cloud4dentists.
* Patient Record & Data Management: Registering new patients, maintaining confidentiality (HIPAA compliance), updating patient information, and preparing charts.
* Financial & Insurance Duties: Processing payments (cash, card), managing invoices, verifying insurance coverage, and submitting claims.
* Administrative Support: Sorting mail, ordering office supplies and maintaining equipment.
* Available to work some Saturdays.
* Experience: Required
* Languages: English – Advanced. Turkish – Advanced
* Employment: Full‑time
* Schedule: Monday‑Friday. 9am - 6pm
* Salary: £12 – £13 hourly
