We are working with our client based in Burgess Hill, seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
This role is crucial to ensuring an outstanding customer experience from the initial enquiry through to after-sales support. You'll be responsible for managing communications, processing orders, and providing an exceptional level of service to both new and existing customers.
The Role
Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
Processing crash part and online orders
Coordinating with internal teams to meet client expectations
Managing post-installation follow-ups and issue resolution
Maintaining accurate records and supporting general service functions
The Candidate
Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role
Strong communication and organisational skills
A professional, proactive, and team-focused attitude
Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
The Package
Salary starting from £25,500pa DOE
Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
