We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a landmark renewable energy project in Kerry. The Role: As Project Manager, you will report directly to senior leadership and oversee the full lifecycle of a major renewable energy project, from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Your mission will be to deliver the project safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage all stages of project delivery including planning, resource allocation, execution, and close-out. Lead on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality regulations. Act as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, and regulatory stakeholders. Oversee budget control, scheduling, and scope management to achieve project milestones. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to site managers, engineers, and key personnel. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior site or project management role within civil engineering or construction. A relevant qualification in Engineering or Construction Management. Strong commercial and contractual knowledge, with proven ability in cost and programme control. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project / Power Project) and office software (Excel, Word, etc.). A results-driven professional capable of independent decision-making to ensure successful project delivery. Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
