Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to help plan and deliver amazing events for a stunning hotel based in Knightsbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, outgoing individual looking for their first job within Events.
Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the point of contact for incoming event enquiries, providing exceptional client care and support.
\t
* Conduct site tours of the hotel, showcasing event spaces and discussing room specifications, as well as coordinating recces with clients.
\t
* Organise catering requirements and liaise effectively with suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.
\t
* Manage and resolve any issues or special requests that arise during events with professionalism and efficiency.
\t
* Maintain thorough and organised event administration, ensuring all details are accurately documented.
\t
* Oversee event-related invoicing and manage expenses in line with budgetary guidelines.
\t
* Adhere strictly to Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff.
Skills/Experience:
\t
* Highly organised.
\t
* Catering or hospitality experience is a plus.
\t
* Proactive and resourceful, consistently demonstrating a positive, solutions-focused attitude
\t
* Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to build rapport across all levels
\t
* Confident and assertive, yet approachable, with outstanding listening and interpersonal abilities
\t
* Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office, and comfortable navigating Mac operating systems
Salary: £27,000-£28,000
