What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Generating new business and winning high-quality instructions Conducting market appraisals and valuations for residential lettings Managing and listing properties on behalf of landlords Providing excellent customer service to clients and tenants Maintaining strong relationships within the local property market Working alongside the lettings team to achieve targets and business growth What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator Strong listing and valuation skills with a record of winning instructions Excellent sales ability and communication skills High level of customer service and professional telephone manner Well-presented, ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic Knowledge of the Haslemere area is beneficial Full UK Driving Licence (essential) A professional approach and passion for estate agency What's In It For You?
