Job Description:
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare supplier payments on both a monthly and ad-hoc basis
Process monthly staff claims in a timely manner
Support the annual statutory audit process by preparing necessary documentation
Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience
Solid understanding of accounting principles and journal entries
Strong sense of responsibility with a positive working attitude
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Meticulous, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure
Capable of meeting tight deadlines, especially during monthly closing periods
Working Hours:
5-day work week: Monday to Friday
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
