Awards & Research Manager
London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)

We are working with a fast-growing international events business that delivers high-level networking events and awards programmes for senior professionals across global financial markets.
Their events bring together senior decision-makers including banks, investors, governments and corporates from regions including the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Central & Eastern Europe. Alongside a series of flagship international events, the business also runs highly respected awards programmes and produces research that helps shape industry conversations.
They are now looking to hire an Awards & Research Manager to play a key role in the delivery and development of these programmes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across events, research and stakeholder engagement, and wants exposure to senior industry figures across global markets.
The Role
As Awards & Research Manager you will play an important role in the delivery of industry awards programmes and the development of survey-led research that informs discussions across the network.
You will work closely with internal teams across events, editorial, marketing and operations while also liaising with senior industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing and delivering industry awards programmes from launch through to final judging and announcement
• Coordinating awards processes including submissions, judging panels and stakeholder communication
• Supporting the development of survey-led research and industry insight
• Analysing submissions and research data to identify key market trends
• Supporting the delivery of high-value networking events and roundtables
• Building relationships with senior industry professionals and stakeholders
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful programme delivery
About You
• Around 2–4 years’ experience in events, conference production, research or content
• Experience working within B2B events, media or professional services environments is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written communication and analytical skills
