Behaviour Support Learning Support Assistant (SEMH Focus)
Role:
To support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in managing behaviour and engaging in learning.
What you will be doing:
* Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Implementing behaviour management strategies
* Helping pupils regulate emotions and reduce disruption
* Building positive, trusting relationships
* Supporting reintegration into mainstream education where possible

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
