£29,083 - £31,598 per annum, dependent on experience, qualifications and willingness to train Term:
Permanent An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and gifted person for the role of Executive Support Officer. You will provide executive support to the CEO, COO and Trustees, while also delivering essential HR administrative support. This dual role will facilitate effective communication between the boards of trustees and directors, and the management and will ensure the smooth running of executive operations and support the organisations people-focused culture and compliance. You will have proven experience in a similar role preferably within a charity setting or board of trustees environment You will have some experience in HR administration, with knowledge of Safer Recruiting principles and end to end recruitment practice. You will have achieved a level 3 CIPD qualification or be willing to work towards it. You will be a gifted administrator with a high level of ability in all Microsoft Office and cloud based collaboration tools You will be passionate about attention to detail and be highly organised with excellent written and confident verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information You will be able to connect to our values and the vision and purpose of Vennture The benefits you will experience are.
