The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven Paid Marketing Manager to take the reins of our advertising accounts.
This is a 100% remote role perfect for a hands-on marketer who thrives in the data. You won’t just be "setting and forgetting" ads; you will be responsible for the daily health, maintenance, and incremental improvement of campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience running paid campaigns and are looking for a role where you can take ownership of the full technical stack—from tracking pixels to bid adjustments—this is for you.
What You Will Be Doing
Your core responsibility is campaign maintenance and optimisation. We need someone to ensure our budget is spent efficiently and our tracking is spotless.
1. Daily Campaign Management & Maintenance
* Google Ads (Search & PMax): Perform daily checks on spend pacing. Review "Search Terms" reports to identify and exclude negative keywords. Monitor PMax asset groups to ensure no low-quality creatives are draining the budget.
* Social Ads (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn): Monitor frequency rates to prevent ad fatigue. Refresh creative assets weekly/bi-weekly to keep engagement high.
* Bid & Budget Management: Manually adjust bids and shift budget between campaigns based on daily performance data to lower our Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
2. Analytics & Reporting
* Deep-Dive Analysis: You will be the "data detective." If a campaign dips in performance, you need to investigate why. Is it the CTR? The landing page? Seasonality?
* Tracking & Pixel Accuracy: Ensure Conversion API (CAPI) and pixels are firing correctly. You will troubleshoot tracking errors immediately to ensure data integrity.
* Reporting: Compile weekly performance reports using Google Analytics (GA4) and Excel/Looker Studio to show exactly where every penny is going and what return it is generating.
3. Testing & Execution
* A/B Testing: Run controlled tests on ad copy (headlines/descriptions) and creative formats (video vs. static) to incrementally improve ROAS.
* Audience Segmentation: Build and refine custom audiences (retargeting lists, lookalikes, and customer matches) to improve targeting precision.
What We Need From You
* Experience: 3 years of proven experience running paid campaigns (Agency or In-house).
* Platform Proficiency: You are comfortable navigating the back-end of Google Ads Manager (specifically Search & Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager.
* Analytical Mindset: You live in Excel/Google Sheets. You know how to use Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs to sort data, and you are proficient with GA4.
* Attention to Detail: You are the type of person who spots a typo in an ad immediately and notices when a tracking tag falls off.
* Proactive Communicator: As this is a remote role, you must be good at communicating updates, wins, and blockers without being chased.
