Benefits & Pensions Specialist

We are looking for a Benefits & Pensions Specialist to join us in our mission and support the UK Benefits Manager on all aspects of the UK benefit and pension arrangements. To ensure their efficiency and compliance, driving engagement, supporting recruitment and retention and to deliver and excellent user experience for all employees in the UK.
You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with UK Benefits Manager, the Benefits and Pensions Specialist will work in close liaison with other members of the Reward team and stakeholders in various areas of the business as well as with external providers and advisors, to oversee the Company’s benefit and pension arrangements in support of our employer brand and offering.

Day to day, the Benefits & Pensions Specialist will:
Provide support in relation to benefit strategies to retain and attract the best talent
Be a trusted advisor for HR and payroll teams and to business leaders and managers in relation to IVC’s benefits and pension offering.
Support the UK Benefits and Pensions Manager to ensure high levels of engagement from employees, leveraging what the benefit and pension providers have to offer.
Provide trustworthy and knowledgeable input into the efficient, cost-effective and compliant operation of UK pensions and benefits, working closely with operations to provide review, guidance and challenge to optimise and streamline wherever possible.
Ideally, the Benefits & Pensions Specialist will be:
Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the auto-enrolment regulations and compliance requirements for DC pension schemes.
Knowledgeable on compliance for Salary Sacrifice arrangements .
Proficient in M/S Excel
Be analytical. You will analyse large amounts of people data, ensuring accuracy and spotting patterns/trends.
Able to work autonomously and to deadlines, acting on your own initiative.
Experienced in project management.
A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Be flexible and adaptable and be comfortable with a changing landscape where different approaches might be needed.
