Overview
We are looking for a Neighbourhood Project Manager to join our small innovative team for an up to a 12-month period; offered as a secondment or fixed-term contract. This opportunity would be perfect for anyone keen to learn more about and support the development of Neighbourhoods across Cambridgeshire South area and specifically in the East Cambridgeshire locality.

Role Summary
The Integrated Neighbourhoods Project Manager will provide transformation support and project management to help develop Integrated Neighbourhoods and build relationships between organisations.
Responsibilities
* Provide transformation support and project management for the Integrated Neighbourhoods programme of work.
* Review population health data and support public engagement to determine local needs and how citizens can shape the improvement of their health and care support.
* Support service redesign and delivery of specific projects within the Integrated Neighbourhoods, particularly around long-term conditions and health inequalities.
* Build relationships and bring partners and communities together to create a shared vision, priorities and make positive changes to how we collaboratively support our community’s health & wellbeing.
* Work closely with clinical leaders, primary care, the acute sector, community services, health commissioners, local leaders, local authorities, voluntary and community organisations, and the public to support the development of the service design.
* Line manage project support officers and collaborate with other Integrated Neighbourhood Project and Programme Managers.
Qualifications & Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in data collection, analysis and evaluation – measuring what matters most to people, communities and our Neighbourhood workforce, and co‑designing services around this.
