Assistant Caretaker
Permanent, full time preferred, but part time can be considered. Full Time Equivalent Salary – Grade 5 Points 11-14 £28,142 - £29,540. Based at Marling School.
We are looking for an Assistant Caretaker to join our talented and supportive team at Marling School. We are a thriving Multi-Academy Trust with a strong collective identity of working together to generate and celebrate success within our communities. Start Date – ASAP
Hours: To be agreed with successful applicant, but full time hours will consist of 37 hours per week to take place between 6am and 8pm, 5 days per week.
Responsibilities
* Join an established and experienced Site Team in maintaining a clean, safe and secure site at Marling School.
* Work on your own initiative as well as part of the team; full training will be provided.
* Be methodical with a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
* Enjoy working outdoors on a variety of tasks and complete a wide variety of tasks to a high standard.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure using initiative.
* Understanding of Health & Safety principles.
* Calm, flexible approach and enthusiasm to participate in school life.
