About The Programme
This graduate programme provides a comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering at ENGIE. Based in Dinorwig, you'll support electrical engineering requirements for securing National Grid contracts, act as a fault-finding electrical engineer, and assist in transitioning First Hydro Company through the replanting of Dinorwig power station.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop electrical models to confirm grid compliance.
* Conduct performance modelling and testing under operational circumstances.
* Interpret grid tender documentation into actionable project plans.
* Coordinate tender delivery with stakeholders and consultants.
* Extract and validate technical data from plant documentation and resources.
* Develop test programmes for unit performance.
* Ensure compliance with grid code and interface requirements.
Key Requirements
Essential
* Experience in an engineering or production environment.
* Ability to develop test programmes for unit performance.
* Ability to extract technical information from various sources.
* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Desirable
* Project Management skills.
* Root Cause Analysis experience.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills.
* IOSH Working Safely certification.
