Responsibilities
* Carry out all required maintenance and decoration duties as per the approved task list, working unsupervised.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Ensure a clean, safe and legal workplace.
* Adhere to Wetherspoon’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
* Work with third‑party contractors and ensure all work completed by you or an approved contractor complies with the company’s design standard operating procedures (DSOPs).
* Carry out any reasonable task requested to meet the needs of the business.

* Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks.
* Ability to work unsupervised and resolve problems using your own knowledge within relevant guidelines.
* Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm and a commitment to colleagues and the pub.
* Friendly nature and good communication skills.
* Honest, trustworthy and respectful.
* Remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.
* Adhere to Wetherspoon’s appearance standards, wearing correct PPE when required.
* Receive regular feedback from management and act on agreed actions.
