Retail Security Relief Officer – Tesco Partnership Location: Lincoln Area (Covering multiple sites within 10–15 mile radius) Pay: £13.47 per hour / Weekly Pay (every Friday) Hours: Relief role – flexible hours (full-time not guaranteed initially) Shifts: Monday–Sunday, rota-based (early, late, weekends & bank holidays) Requirement: Must hold a valid SIA Licence and have own transport About the Role Kingdom Group, a key partner to Tesco, is recruiting for a Retail Security Relief Officer to support multiple stores across the Lincoln area. This relief role involves providing cover for holidays, sickness, and absences across various Tesco locations. You will play a key part in maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for confident, professional, and reliable individuals who can offer flexibility and a strong visible security presence.
