What you will do:
* Respond to all referrals received from the MASH and initiate necessary assessments and plans for children.
* Participate in duty rotation once every four weeks to manage incoming cases.
* Manage CIN/CP and PLO work, ensuring all processes adhere to procedural standards.
* Conduct and manage Section 47 investigations efficiently, ensuring swift and thorough responses.
* Collaborate with team members, offering support and ensuring the highest practice standards are met.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
* Degree or equivalent in social work.
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
