We are looking for a confident self-starter, with a positive can do attitude, to join our team as a Customer Solutions Coordinator; liaising with internal and external customers, to ensure smooth delivery of equipment solutions, on-time, every time. Working as part of a small team you must be efficient and effective, highly organized, tenacious, fun, not frightened of hard work, and going the extra mile should be instinctive.
Responsibilities:
1. Processing customer orders; to source and supply, catering, and refrigeration equipment
2. Liaising with suppliers, project teams, and internal customers
3. Quoting for new equipment, in a timely manner
4. Communicating with suppliers to obtain quotes and schedule delivery
