What Youll Be Doing Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person providing friendly, knowledgeable support. Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate with the external sales team to manage accounts, spot sales opportunities, and enhance service delivery. Stay up to date on product knowledge to offer tailored solutions and product advice. Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability and readiness. Provide administrative support including quotes, order documentation, sales reports, and CRM updates. What Were Looking For Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, or sales administration is highly desirable. Exceptionally organised and detail-focused, with the ability to juggle tasks and prioritise effectively. A confident and professional communicator both written and verbal. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Experience with electrical or technical products is a plus but not essential.
