Job Description:

A passionate Music Teacher is required for a part-time position (Fridays only) in a school in Barnet, commencing ASAP and continuing until July. The successful candidate will deliver engaging music lessons and contribute to the musical development of students.
Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Music Teacher lessons on Fridays to students across relevant Key Stages.
* Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment for musical exploration and skill development.
* Assess and monitor student progress in Music, providing constructive feedback.
* Contribute to any existing musical initiatives or extracurricular activities on Fridays.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Music.
* Demonstrated experience teaching Music Teacher lessons to secondary school students.
* Strong musical skills, including performance ability on at least one instrument and a good understanding of music theory.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring a love of music in students.
* Competitive pro-rata Outer London Payscale.
* Access to music resources and facilities.
