Our client operates a growing number of residential children's homes supporting vulnerable young people through trauma-informed care.
This appointment represents a unique opportunity for an experienced Managing Director to support the organisation through its next phase of growth, operational excellence, and continued impact for some of the most vulnerable children in society.
Responsibilities / Requirements
Required Skills
* Leadership experieince as either a Managing Director, Operations or Regional Director in children's residential services
* Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in highly regulated sectors
* Strong governance experience
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills across regulators, commissioners and partners
* A strong commitment to improving outcomes for children and young people
* A deep understanding of Ofsted regulations
Experience within children’s residential care and Ofsted is essential.
