This is a full-time, office-based role located in their Weybridge office.
Job Description
1. Ensure compliance with company policies;
2. Ensure all data entry is accurate and completed on time;
3. Responsible for record keeping and report generation;
4. Determine and execute the critical path for individual transactions and proactively ensure timely execution by all parties involved;
5. Support relationships to ensure partners are satisfied with our services;
6. Escalate problems promptly with a constructive approach to resolution;
7. Analyse data spreadsheets to extract relevant information;
8. Ensure confidentiality of data.
The Successful Applicant
* A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
* Intermediate Excel skills with willingness to learn more;
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills;
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other administrative software;
* A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
