The Role Customer Service Coordinator Youll support our Operations and Project Management teams to ensure every project runs smoothly from order to installation. Its a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
Typical responsibilities include:
Scheduling surveys, installations, and service visits
Preparing quotations, purchase orders, and invoices
Communicating with clients, suppliers, and engineers
Maintaining accurate project data and reports
Supporting deliveries, logistics, and warehouse coordination
What Were Looking For Experience in administration, coordination, or customer service (B2B ideal)
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Clear communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience an advantage)
A genuine interest in sustainability and building performance
