Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Accounts Administrator, you’ll support our Account Managers and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing client accounts, maintaining accurate records, and handling account queries.
2. Preparing and issuing contract renewal and reactive quotes based on engineers’ reports.
3. Following up on quotations and engaging with clients to drive sales.
4. Assisting internal teams in resolving customer requests and troubleshooting issues.
5. Preparing reports and presentations for client meetings.
6. Supporting the laboratory team with administrative tasks, including interpreting lab results and recommending actions.
7. Identifying opportunities for account growth and collaborating with the sales team.
Requirements
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organised professional with:
* Experience in administrative, customer support, or operational admin roles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
* Willingness to undertake further training and development.
